To request a cancellation and refund:

• Provide your booking reference number and event date
• We will process your refund within 5-10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Service Modifications

If you need to modify your event details:

• Contact us at least 7 days before your event date
• Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
• We will work with you to accommodate reasonable changes
• Significant changes may require a new service agreement

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.) that prevent us from providing services:

• We will work with you to reschedule your event at no additional cost
• If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided
• We are not liable for any indirect costs or losses resulting from such events

Unsatisfactory Service

If you are not satisfied with our services:

• Please contact us within 24 hours of your event completion
• We will investigate your concerns and work to resolve any issues
• Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a partial refund or service credit
• All claims must be substantiated with documentation or evidence

Deposits

Deposits are required to secure your booking date and are generally non-refundable except in cases of:

• Cancellation more than 30 days before the event (minus processing fee)
• Force majeure events
• Cancellation by us due to circumstances beyond your control

Payment Methods

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary:

• Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days
• Bank transfers: 7-14 business days
